After successfully completing a commission featuring Elephants in acrylic, I found myself inspired to create a new piece that would beautifully showcase a loving family of Elephants set against a simple background. This approach would allow the majestic Elephants to truly shine. I chose to work with coloured pencil for this particular artwork, as it allowed me to accurately portray the intricate texture of the Elephants' detailed skin, as well as the subtle reflections of the setting sun.
